1.I urgently need to receive my order. Can I select an express shipping method?
You may have to pay higher shipping fees for selecting an express shipping method. Moreover, orders shipped with an express mail service usually have a higher probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page of your order.
2.How to check my order status?
Please log into your account, click “My Order” and you will see order status straightaway.
3.How can i change shipping address/sizes?
Change shipping address:

For unshipped orders, you can contact customer service for assistance.
For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed anymore.
Changing size:

For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in “My Order” and place a new one with the size you want.
For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact our customer service for size changing.
For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Werecommend you to do returnfor exchange after you receive the parcel.
4. How about the quality of your product?
Our products are high quality items in comparison to our competitors. Making sure our customers are satisfied with the products they receive will always be our top priority.
5. Are your photos exactly the same as the products?
Though some of the photos are from magazines and social sites, most of our photos are shot by our own photographer and models.
6.Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, if your order of product amount is over $99.00, you can enjoy free shipping for flat rate shipping.
7.Do i need pay tax fee?
Because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If order paid and confirmed, it takes 1-5 days to prepare your order before shipping out.

2.How long does delivery normally take?
It depends on the shipping method you chose for your order as follows:

Our warehouse is located in China, all products would be shipped from China.
4.Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

1) Weight limit of customs or courier

2) Hot-sale items need additional preparation time
5.How can i track my parcel?
It has 3 ways for you to track parcel:

Log into your account and click “My Order”>> “Order details”, click the tracking number, it will directly link to tracking website.
Using our tracking packages link: https://m.lovelywholesale.com/user.php?act=track_packages, input order number and registration email address, you will get tracking info.
Track it on related tracking website with tracking number.
